MyHarbour replacement and upgrade – Exciting news.

Our trusted and faithful IT portal work horse that has served us well for many years is ending its time with us.


MyNexus for UK domestic bookings remains the same.


From the 17th February 2025 we will move to an all-new modern system fit for the modern age. Our new system will vastly improve the Harbour experience with some key benefits as below –


• Full Scanning and all points visible (and not just the last scan as previous)

• For Irish & EU shipments Commercial Invoices to be uploaded at time of booking, removing the need to email separately.

• Incoterms to be added to the booking to avoid any confusion or errors when shipping under multiple different terms

• EORI numbers to be added to streamline the TSS process for shipments to Northern Ireland

• Facility to view KPI for all shipments

• Ability to scan out your own freight (separate requirement for android application)


POD, real time E-PODS will of course still be visible and part of the new enhanced system.


We will be in advance sending out invitation emails for you to set up and control your own log on, within this you can create multiple users if you wish so that all parts of your business can have access to the portal.
